General instructions

1.Rinse and examine. Rinse the mussels and examine them. Discard broken shells. Tap on mussels that are still open. If they won't shut, throw them away. Remove any barnacles with a knife. Tip: while cleaning the mussels, fill your pan with some water and put it on the fire to preheat your pan.

2. Is your pan hot? Put the mussels in the pan. Add vegetables and seasoning Need inspiration? Have a look at the recipes below.

3. Cook over high heat. Cook the mussels as quickly as possible. The quicker, the better the taste. Cooking will create foam. Let it rise to the top of your pan. Take the lid off and shake your pan. Put the lid back on the pan. After the third time the mussels are done.
